Refund Policy
OUT OF STOCK AND SUBSTITUTION
- city’super shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the E-Shop are in stock. If a product runs out of stock, city’super reserves the right to offer a substitution or refund to the customer.
- city’super shall make every effort to provide customers with a substitute product of similar value and style. city’super shall notify customers of unavailable products and their substitutes by phone or email before delivery.
- Customers have the right to reject any substitutes offered. city’super will refund the amount that customers have been charged for that product.
- If customers have agreed that substitutions are allowed, the final value of the customers’ order may be affected by substituting similar products. The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order confirmation.
- All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and city’super reserves the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
REFUND POLICY
- Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged provided that the customer informs City Super Limited at +852 2429 8588 within 1 days upon receipt of merchandise. The receipt of merchandise will serve as a proof of purchase.
- Customers must pick up the food at the delivery location within half an hour after the arrival time listed on the confirmed order. The company will not make any rescheduling, re-production of food or refunds in this regard.
- In the event of a black rainstorm or typhoon No. 3 or above before 10:00am, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- We are committed to upholding the highest standards when it comes to the quality of our food products. However, there are external factors that could impact the temperature of your meals. Therefore, we will not be able to issue refunds in cases where the food is not heated enough.
- Free disposable tableware is provided based on the number of meal, additional tableware will be charged separately.
- If food is missed or delivered incorrectly, please notify us immediately so that replacement or refund can be arranged. No compensation will be given if notification is not made on the same day. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- The refunded amount will be processed promptly and transmitted to your payment gateway or credit card within 30 days. It's important to note that the timeline may vary depending on the terms and conditions set by the specific payment gateway or bank involved in the transaction.
- City Super Limited reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
